Hotel rooms
The hotel rooms are located in different log houses on the lodge. Some rooms have access to common areas such as a living room. Other rooms have their own entrances and you can park right next to the door. Some rooms and houses have a veranda with seating areas, where you can sit outside and enjoy the sound and view of the river.
All rooms are equipped with high-quality beds and mattresses, as well as linens and towels. And all rooms have private and modern bathrooms. Most rooms have their own TV, either regular or smart TV, and all rooms have access to WIFI internet connection.
The rooms and houses are decorated in Scandinavian style and have a warm and homely atmosphere. The walls are decorated with old and new photos of the river, salmon fishermen, catches and maps of fishing zones. A lot of culture and history here!
Throughout the summer season, we offer a generous breakfast buffet for an additional charge. Outside the summer season, guests can order a packed breakfast from us or enjoy the breakfast buffet at Grong Hotel, located just 3 km south of Namsentunet. If you would like a packed breakfast, it must be ordered by 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. For larger groups wishing to enjoy a breakfast buffet at Namsentunet outside the summer season, this can be arranged upon request. Whether you choose our breakfast buffet or a packed breakfast, we guarantee a hearty and satisfying meal to give you the best possible start to your day.
We also welcome 4-legged friends with us, for an additional fee. Rooms with separate entrances are favorable for these guests. Remember to ask about pet-friendly rooms when booking.
If you love saunas, this is also the place for you. We have a very special sauna located under the train bridge with a panoramic view of Namsen. In addition, there is a staircase directly from the sauna down to Namsen for cooling down. The sauna room is available to our guests on request. Let us know when booking if you want to use the sauna room, and we will have it ready for your arrival or desired time.
Laksesætra
Laksesætra is a large house with 4 bedrooms and a total of 8 beds. In Laksesætra there is also a kitchen, living room and dining room. The house has 2 bathrooms. Outside there is a large veranda with plenty of seating, as well as access to your own gas grill and fire pit. Two of the bedrooms have their own balconies. A great house for groups, friends or families who want to stay together and who want to be able to take care of themselves - whether you are fishing for salmon, hunting or going skiing in the winter.
