Namsentunet is located about 3 kilometers north of Grong. The camp is close to the river and close to a farm called Fossland.
In 2004 the first buildings of the camp was ready. Since then the camp has been growing and now consists of 18 hotel bedrooms. As mentioned earlier the camp is divided by many cabins with different amount of rooms. You can rent the whole cabin, single rooms, double rooms or you can rent family rooms with beds for 3 or 4 persons. Most rooms have TV and wireless internet. The camp is an excellent base for tourists that want to experience the nature our district can offer. Here you can hunt, go fishing, take a walk or simply just peacefully enjoy the nature.

Breakfast is included. Bathrobes are also included in the room price and you can use our spa baths or saunas with no extra charge.

The biggest cabin on the camp is where the food is served. When the restaurant is open we usually make traditional Norwegian dishes made of local products. This is also the place where the breakfast is served all year long. Our guests will have access to this place maybe just for a cup of coffee or to relax and watch TV perhaps.

Namsentunet is perfect for different types of events. Whether it’s work related meetings, courses, family gatherings, big celebrations or any other occasion. We can host up to 80 persons in the restaurant building, but we also have a big party tent for really big occasions. In this tent somewhere between 200-300 persons can eat and dance for many hours. We are open for different types of occasions. On Namsentunet you have every opportunity based on the camp and the surroundings.
